Denise Klemm is NVIC's Vaccine Response Reporting Manager. She started with NVIC in August 2021.
Denise graduated with her Associate Degree in Nursing from Madison Area Technical College, Madison WI in 1978. Her career in nursing has included medical/surgical as well as Intensive Care Nursing in her local hospital. She has worked as a Home Care Nurse for her county and is currently working as a private duty nurse. It was as her working in home care nursing in the early 1980's that she observed her first vaccine injured child, and this led to changing the way that she saw the need for mandatory vaccination. Later, watching Barbara Loe Fisher in the documentary "The Truth about Vaccines", and educating herself more about vaccine injury, she decided to become more active in her local and state government, then becoming aware of NVIC's work in her own state.
As NVIC's Vaccine Response Reporting Manager, Denise is responsible for conducting personal follow-up with individuals filing vaccine reaction reports and who wish to be contacted to provide support, information, and resource referrals.
Denise is married, she is the mother of four, stepmother of three and grandmother of 20. She is active in her church and her hobbies include gardening as well as a hobbie farm with various types of birds, two sheep and a dog.
