Susan Sweetin has joined NVIC’s staff as director of development and communications. The mother of a vaccine-injured son and a former corporate event and marketing executive, she has been working with vaccine and health freedom groups for several years.
A graduate of Marymount University, Sue is a professional event architect who has 20 years of experience serving in executive positions for companies with over one billion in assets in the private equity and fashion industries. Her skill set includes concept creation and production; budgeting, marketing and development; networking and communications. After the birth of her son, who suffered a serious reaction to the hepatitis B vaccine given to him at birth, she realized her most important job was the role of a mother. She moved on from working for the corporate world, choosing instead to use her love for her child to become part of the solution and a champion for real health and wellness.
Sue was the event coordinator for the 2019 Vaccine Injury Epidemic (VIE) event in Washington, D.C., which NVIC co-sponsored. She also was logistics coordinator for NVIC’s Fifth International Public Conference on Vaccination held online in October 2020, for which she coordinated the creation of a secure host website. And she was logistics coordinator for NVIC’s Mar. 25, 2023 dedication of the Truth and Freedom Monument. She lives with her son and husband in Florida.
