Witch Hunting Jenny McCarthy for Vaccine Talking

Now that it looks like ABC-TV executives are backing Barbara Walters’ hire of celebrity Jenny McCarthy to join the popular daytime talk show The View,¹ the blood spilled on the ground of the Fourth Estate during 10 hot days in July is beginning to dry. It was fascinating to watch the well-orchestrated response by online mainstream media, which took on the frenzy of an old fashioned witch hunt to burn a heretic at the stake.

Reviewing 29 articles published in major print and broadcast media outlets  between July 9 and July 18, 2013²  with 19 of them written by males, it became obvious that some of them are really upset about “blonde” girls expressing politically incorrect opinions about vaccine side effects, a topic that has become the biggest taboo talk in America. Several media outlets used her gender to take the first punch with headlines such as “Putting Jenny McCarthy on the View: Good Sex Over Bad Science”³ and “ View’ Host Jenny McCarthy’s Vaccine-Autism Claims: Beauty vs. Science.”⁴

“The Pretty Idiot” or A Threat to the Survival of Mankind?

Some tried to bash McCarthy’s brain by focusing on her body. Cat calls like “buxom physique: - “blonde bombshell” - “sex symbol” – “object of teenage boys fantasies” – “ bleached blonde hair” - “pulchritudinous” – “ the pretty idiot” - “Playboy Playmate of the Year”– and so on were effortlessly tossed into the story.^{5 6  7 8 9}  

Once the boys club firmly established that she is really only good for one thing, they moved on to alleging that if she is allowed to open her mouth and talk on ‘The View,’ she will in fact and without question threaten the very survival of the human race. One of them took bizarre name-calling to new heights by hurling the epithet “homicidal maniac” at her.¹⁰

I am not sure how presumably well-educated men expected people to swallow the vacuous argument that the woman is both a dumb blonde and a threat to mankind but for some inexplicable reason that is exactly what they tried to do. And, further embarrassing themselves, they desperately tried to persuade all the rest of us to be as emotionally invested in her hire on ‘The View’ as they are and immediately write to the bosses at ABC to express our shock and horror.^{11 12}

A Call to Muzzle Vaccine Talking Moms

It could have been amusing summer entertainment watching guys fall all over themselves to up one another with hysterical hyperbole, but it quickly became obvious that it was about much more than slapping around a celebrity Mom because she has talked publicly about her son’s vaccine reaction and how she helped him get better.¹³

Way more.

And, although males outnumbered females in suggesting that mothers should not be allowed to talk about vaccines in public unless the script is pre-approved by a politically correct M.D. or Ph.D., a few of the female writers going after McCarthy and ABC were just as adamant about the urgent need to muzzle vaccine talking Moms challenging the status quo.^{14 15  16}

Four of the 29 headlines featured the word “dangerous.”^{17 18  19} One apocalyptic headline screamed “Dear ABC: Putting Jenny McCarthy on ‘The View’ Will Kill Children”²⁰ while an article written by a female pediatrician used the same threatening approach: “ABC’s Hiring of Jenny McCarthy: A Decision That Could Cost Lives.”²¹ 

The collective howl of indignation escalated when Barbara Walters and ABC did not flinch. Using poison pens and heavyweight media platforms, the writers ridiculed the intelligence, values and beliefs of mothers like McCarthy taking matters into their own hands when a healthy child suddenly develops brain and immune system dysfunction after vaccination, a condition doctors can’t explain and often label “autism” but dismiss as “just a coincidence” or bad parental “genes” without looking any further.^{22 23 24}

Century of Medical Literature: Yes, Vaccines CAN Do THAT

Never mind that there is more than a century of medical literature documenting the fact that vaccines can cause:

• brain inflammation;
• chronic nervous system dysfunction;
• seizures;
• arthritis;
• vaccine strain viral infection;
• shock and “unusual shock-like state;”
• protracted inconsolable crying and
• death.

The indisputable fact that vaccines can do that has been acknowledged by the Institute of Medicine in a series of peer-reviewed reports published between 1991 and 2013.^{25 26 27 28} The last one pointed out that there is not enough scientific evidence to determine if the current recommended schedule of 49 doses of 14 vaccines between day of birth and age six²⁹ is or is not associated with the development of a whole host of health problems in children - everything from autoimmunity, allergy, asthma, epilepsy, ADHD and learning disabilities to – yes – autism.^{30  31 32}

The indisputable fact that vaccines can hurt people and that doctors still don’t know which individuals are more biologically susceptible to suffering vaccine damage³³ was codified into law by Congress in the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986.³⁴ That law has awarded more than $2.7 billion dollars to Americans harmed by vaccines in exchange for shielding drug companies and doctors from vaccine injury lawsuits in civil court.^{35 36}

With vaccine failures among highly vaccinated children playing a big role in outbreaks of B. pertussis whooping cough,^{37 38} the hype about Jenny McCarthy joining ‘The View’ could be just a red herring. But it is going to take a lot of red herrings to distract millions of parents from talking about why 1 child in 6 in America is learning disabled,³⁹ 1 in 9 suffers with asthma,⁴⁰ 1 in 50 develops autism⁴¹ or why there has never been a large, well-designed study comparing the health outcomes of highly vaccinated children and those remaining unvaccinated or using fewer vaccines.⁴²

Media: Non-Medical Degrees, PR, Politics, Marketing & Other Expertise

Most of the writers who wrote stories about a vaccine talking celebrity Mom joining ‘The View,” including those calling for censorship and the gutting of journalistic standards that ensure fair balance - when it comes to writing stories about vaccination⁴³ - are journalists by profession.  28 of the 29 articles were written by individuals without medical degrees, although one is a pharmacologist, one is an astronomer and one has a PhD in biological sciences. The majority have degrees in Journalism, English, History or Political Science with some also listing expertise in public relations and communications, marketing and fund raising, political media campaign management, TV and entertainment.⁴⁴

Even though these writers do not have medical degrees, the U.S. Constitution guarantees them the liberty to express their views about Jenny McCarthy, Barbara Walters, ABC and vaccines, just as the media outlets publishing their opinions are protected by the First Amendment. That legal right to engage in critical thinking and to hold personal beliefs and to exercise free speech, belongs to every American - not just to those articulating talking points made or approved by citizens with M.D. or Ph.D. written after their names.

Public Talking About Vaccine Safety Since 1982

Parents, doctors, legislators and journalists started talking publicly about vaccine safety issues in America in 1982,⁴⁵ 16 years before a paper about MMR vaccine and autism was published in The Lancet. Mothers were talking about what happens to their children’s health after vaccination long before the Library of Medicine was posted online and the world wide web became the biggest talk show on the planet.

Vaccine talk will continue in the kitchens and on the smart phones and tablets of critical thinking women, who are using the brains and mother’s instincts they were born with to make informed health care choices for their children. Vaccine talk will continue because, today, many more mothers either have a child or know a child who was healthy, got vaccinated and was never healthy again. 

Evangelistic doctors should stop trying so hard to shut down vaccine talking and just do the credible science that will answer the question on everybody’s mind: what exactly is causing the 1 child in 50 $126 billion dollar a year⁴⁶ public health disaster doctors call autism but still can’t agree on how to define it or how often it happens. One thing doctors say they know for sure is that vaccines don’t have anything to do with autism because the earth is not flat, there is nothing more to be learned about vaccine side effects and autism cannot be cured, so parents should just forget about it.

That empty rhetoric is not flying these days with thinking Moms and Dads digging deeper and learning that good health is about more than using lots of vaccines to prevent infections.

Become educated about diseases and vaccines. It’s your health. Your family. Your choice.

You should have seen some of the comments I read on a page on Facebook that I went on by accident; women (every last one of them) called JM a whore, a bitch and hoping she contracted polio and dies a horrible death and on and on. Why are these people so vile and unpleasantly aggressive, just becasue someone has different beliefs? Nasty, nasty people that we have to share this planet with. The page, incidentlaly, was a pro-vaccine page which I went on by accident (looking for the complete opposite!) but was intrigued to see what they were posting. Ignorance and aggression seemed to be the order of the day.

Yes, it's absolutely true that it's a witch hunt. Every headline calling for her head! You cannot even question vaccines, not calling for removal or such, but just to intimate that they do have problems is enough to get you strung up. I know, I commented on one of the articles about J. McCarthy and got such terrible replies I just gave up. I was a baby killer because I had the audacity to say that vaccines can cause problems and have suspicious ingredients. Wow. Wait until J. McCarthy actually opens her mouth and says something about vaccines. The rebuke will be astonishing. I'm betting the pharmaceutical industry, and the AMA will ask for her to be removed. I think she should be worried about her safety. really

Jenny McCarthy doesn't have the credentials to take on the medical establishment nor the myopic inbred media that defend it. It's one thing to believe something, still another to understand it, and still another to be able to put the understanding into intelligent verbiage. I'm sorry that Jenny wasn't better prepared for her role on behalf of children, parents, and families everywhere.

Objective journalism in the media went out the window when they put know-nothing newsreaders like Barbara Walters on the air decades ago. The only reason to keep Jenny McCarthy off of the View is if she doesn't achieve high enough ratings. Doesn't seem like that will be a problem. I seriously doubt that those vilifying Jenny McCarthy are interested in scientific truth over Talking Points. Rather it is another example of how curtailed 'free speech' really is in an era of media monopoly and scientific fraud. Your weblog itself is censored with a warning by antimalware cooperative Web of Trust...though the membership obviously has its doubts over the wisdom of such a note.

It is a pathetic fact that wealthy men still run this country; another unfortunate fact is that corporations (still mostly owned and controlled by men) seem able to make the laws, so that they benefit greatly from obscene medical costs and big pharma's drug requirements. These people would love to return this nation to the days of suffrage or before. Let us hope that free speech continues to be allowed in this country and that big money doesn't get to censor our civil right to speak our minds. Thanks for this article, I read one of those fear-mongering pieces (the one by Alex Pareene)and saw it for what it is - alarmist trash. Every parent has the right to question and research what's best for their children especially when it comes to vaccines and I feel sorry for those that don't and then have to deal with the consequences. I was too scared to confront my pediatrician about vaccines when my daughter was born and got her the shots as ordered. Fortunately, she didn't come out of it with any adverse reactions. Once I started doing my research, I told the doctor that my daughter would not be getting Flu, HPV or chicken pox vaccines unless there is proof that her body will not be affected in the long term. Thanks to this website and others, I have access to materials that can help me and other parents make the wisest decisions for our babies!

At the end of the day, Jenny doesn't have anywhere near enough influence to change the minds of parents who have been indoctrinated into the vaccine culture. But that's why educated individuals who support informed consent or vaccine reform are kept off the airwaves. We just have to keep working together and support one another and groups like NVIC.

OOOHh, yes I was criticized as well, a bunch of ignorant sheep were very insulting and aggressive even after a few days. I had to disconnect my e-mail from my Disqus account because I got tired of explaining with literature and proof which exists online for several studies. Uff I really ended up wishing those people could get as many vaccines as they wanted. The only problem is that they are affecting the future generations of this country. Very sad to see how brain washed the majority of the population is and there is no way to get them out of that hypnosis or trance they are on. At work I mentioned I don't like vaccines and this girl looked at me with evil eyes and asked me, "do you have something against medicine?" I said, I have an issue when it is over used and hurts people instead of healing it. There was an awful silence and I got sick to my stomach, all she could talk about was the royalty baby.

I just wanted to state, for anyone here who may be unaware, that the vaccine industry has set up multiple front groups (i.e. Every Child by Two, Voices for Vaccines, etc.), also known as internet troll groups funded by Pharma. These well-compensated, internet Pharma trolls pose as "parents who love every vaccine, given on schedule, without exception." The vicious, vitriolic statements you find at the end of articles about vaccines, or Jenny McCarthy being hired on The View, attacking anyone questioning the safety or efficacy of vaccines are very likely the comments of a paid pharma troll. These paid internet trolls do nothing all day, but track and attack all comments from parents who question vaccines, and write insanely nasty blogs attacking parents who don't vaccinate, or who selectively vaccinate, their children. The next time you read such an article, or blog, please keep in mind that while you are not being paid to write your comments, many others most certainly are.

My 10 year old son has what I know as his mother to be vaccine caused issues. He has severe ADHD and tourettes syndrome also. I stopped vaccinating him when he was about 1 1/2 years old because I saw HUGE changes in his personality and behavior. It is something we deal with every day and he will have to deal with his whole life. We refuse the medication route, he is on nutritional supplements which help a great deal, but he will never be rid of these things.

Jenny chose a career path that emphasized every one of the things you are bashing in the sited articles. I'll overlook the obvious sexism you've displayed in you rant. Jenny isn't a good spokesperson against vaccines since no one ever will ever take her remarks seriously, thereby reducing the credibility of the whole cause. Please consider more than just your desire to have the word out there and consider the results of your position to alienate the male population and offer support for a fool to be your spokesperson.

McCarthy could do herself and her audience a huge favor by sticking to facts. She has said, for instance, that vaccines contain anti-freeze. They don't. Even her science adviser, Dr. Jay Gordon, admits that. She assumes an autism epidemic when it is far from clear that the incidence of ASDs, as currently defined, has changed much over the last two decades. Beliefs are meant to change, because that is how we move closer to the truth. By failing to accommodate new evidence into her well publicized beliefs, McCarty also fails her audience.

People wake up! This isn't about Jenny McCarthy she is just now placed as the distraction to the real truth. Vaccines do harm and kill people! Please don't take peoples words to truth. Do your own investigations of what vaccines honestly contain. The job is a hard one to take on and people are lazy or too busy to do their own research, so they take on other peoples beliefs instead of studying and search your truth. But because of my husband's life threatening experience, the truth is that vaccines do harm! My husband is a 54 year old male and has been injured by a severe reaction to a tetanus DTap vaccine. He almost lost his life and we have been dealing with debilitating dangerous effects from this vaccine. He can't imagine what would have happened if a child would have received this vaccine, because it has taken a toll from his life. We have been dealing with his health for the past year and a half in hopes that he will recover. And it you think that this is a prime case for a law suit, think twice because we have not received a dime. Doctor's and vaccines are well guarded. Plus, there is no amount of compensation that can ever bring back your health. The truth that we have found out is that Doctor's do not know how to treat the ill effects of vaccines should they end up triggering negatively our immune system. Our moto is "they sure do know how to get it into us, but they sure DO NOT know how to take it out!" Do your homework, people. Doctor's are great but they do not know you. Your body is your teacher and no one knows it better than you! It is up to you to question everything regardless of who it is you are speaking to. Do not allow any Doctor to intimidate you just because he has a piece of paper stating that he has studied medicine. Question Everything! It is your life, your health and your family that is at stake and you are the sole person responsible for it, no one else will care about the end means but you. It has been a long haul for us and even though we have gone through much darkness, we come to find out that this has strengthened us, I don't know about the Doctor's, but this experience has caused us to know who we really are. Maybe you all should listen to us; the people who have experienced these dangers from vaccines. Realize that we have sacrificed out lives in order to save yours! Don't be cruel to pass judgement. All we are trying to do is make you aware and keep your health from being compromised. We do not want you to walk in our soiled shoes. We are trying to help you, but it is up to you to allow your egos to step aside and allow your soul to tell you what the truth is. Correction: People have NOT been questioning vaccine safety since 1982. Many people have been questioning vaccine safety and necessity since the very beginning of any kind of public health policies. My own family has questioned and refused any vaccination for three generations and we will continue to do so. There is nothing new or unique about the questioning of vaccine safety, necessity, or effectiveness. What is new for many people is the fact of the truth that vaccines are not the gift of the gods that modern medicine pretends them to be nor are vaccines legally required. Wake up everyone!

Dear All: I am just awfully surprised on how many people are gladly and freely willing to throw away their democratic rights in order to not take on responsibility or start thinking for themselves - especially in the US. I am from Germany and so far we do not have mandatory vaccination laws. But lots of influencial and powerful people are working on it. Thank God for the internet and so many people who do not just follow like sheep. Anyway, I do not think that you can convince those (mainly paid) proponents with any facts or studies or just common sense. The arguments against vaccinations are on the table since the beginning of vaccinations. The failure to present real hard facts that support vaccinations also. So all you and we can really do is try to wake up the people who are willing to learn and have an open mind. The rest is a waste of time and breath.

While vaccine policymakers in the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) recommend that the MMR shot be given to all children, your state may legally require only measles and rubella vaccines. In this case, you have the legal option to vaccinate with only measles and rubella vaccines and not with mumps vaccine.  You also have the option in most states to be exempted from vaccination or re-vaccination if you can show proof of existing immunity. You can go to a private laboratory for a blood test to determine if there are enough antibodies to prove existing immunity to a disease such as measles or whooping cough. A blood test that measures antibody levels can cost $55 or more, depending on the disease. When making an informed vaccination decision, it is important to consider whether one or more of the following factors will affect the safety and effectiveness of a particular vaccine or combination of vaccines your child will receive: • Child's age • State of health at the time of vaccination • Number and types of vaccines to be given simultaneously • Past history of acute vaccine reactions or serious health problems following vaccination • Family history of vaccine reactions, severe allergies or autoimmune or neurological disorders Legal Exemptions to Vaccination
Medical, philosophical or personal belief exemptions are worded differently in each state. To use an exemption for your child, you must know specifically what the law says in your state. Philosophical Exemption: 
The following 17 states allow exemption to vaccination based on philosophical, personal or conscientiously held beliefs: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Idaho, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Washington and Wisconsin. New Mexico's religious exemption statute as currently (7/2012) written is inclusive of philosophical/personal belief exemption. Though technically New Mexico doesn't have a personal belief exemption statute, it can reasonably be considered the 18th state allowing for personal belief exemption due to the flexible wording in its religious exemption statute. In many of these states, individuals must object to all vaccines, not just a particular vaccine in order to use the philosophical or personal belief exemption. Many state legislators are being urged by federal health officials and medical organizations to revoke this exemption to vaccination. If you are objecting to vaccination based on philosophical or personal conviction, keep an eye on your state legislature as public health officials may seek to amend state laws to eliminate this exemption. Religious Exemption
: All states allow a religious exemption to vaccination except California, Mississippi and West Virginia. NVIC notes that California's personal/philosophical belief exemption statute is inclusive of religious belief in wording, but not in statute definition. It is for that reason NVIC has listed California as not having religious exemption to vaccination.

The religious exemption is intended for people who hold a sincere religious belief opposing vaccination to the extent that if the state forced vaccination, it would be an infringement on their right to exercise their religious beliefs. Some state laws define religious exemptions broadly to include personal religious beliefs, similar to personal philosophical beliefs. Other states require an individual who claims a religious exemption to be a member of The First Church of Christ, Scientist (Christian Science) or another bonafide religion whose written tenets include prohibition of invasive medical procedures such as vaccination. (This kind of language has been ruled unconstitutional when it has been challenged in state Supreme Courts.) Some laws require a signed affidavit from the pastor or spiritual advisor of the parent exercising religious exemption that affirms the parents' sincere religious belief about vaccination, while others allow the parent to sign a notarized waiver. Prior to registering your child for school, you must check your state law to verify what proof may be needed. Due to differences in state laws, the National Vaccine Information Center does not recommend or provide a prewritten waiver for religious exemption because it may not conform with what is required in your state, and may actually draw attention to your child, and you may be singled out and challenged. If you are challenged, you could end up in litigation brought by your state or county health department to prove your religious beliefs. The religious exemption is granted based on the First Amendment of the Constitution, which is the right to freely exercise your religion. Because citizens are protected under the First Amendment of the United States, a state must have a "compelling State interest" before this right can be taken away. One "compelling State interest" is the spread of communicable diseases. In state court cases which have set precedent on this issue, the freedom to act according to your own religious belief is subject to reasonable regulation with the justification that it must not threaten the welfare of society as a whole. However, parents have successfully obtained religious exemptions to vaccination. The constitutional right to have and exercise personal religious beliefs, whether you are of the Christian, Jewish, Muslim or other faith, can be defended. If you exercise your right to religious exemption, you must be prepared to defend it. It is always best to define your personal religious beliefs opposing vaccination in your own words when you write a letter defending them. If you do belong to a church and take the time to educate the head of your local church about the sincerity of your personal religious beliefs regarding vaccination, obtaining a letter from your pastor, priest, rabbi or other spiritual counselor affirming the sincerity of your religious beliefs may also be advisable. Medical Exemptions: 
All 50 states allow medical exemption to vaccination. Proof of medical exemption must take the form of a signed statement by a Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) that the administering of one or more vaccines would be detrimental to the health of an individual. Most doctors follow the AAP and CDC guidelines. Most states do not allow Doctors of Chiropractic (D.C.) to write medical exemptions to vaccination. Some states will accept a private physician's written exemption without question. Other states allow the state health department to review the doctor's exemption and revoke it if health department officials don't think the exemption is justified. Proof of Immunity
Some states will allow exemptions to vaccination for certain diseases if proof of immunity can be shown to exist. Immunity can be proven if you or your child have had the natural disease or have been vaccinated. You have to check your state laws to determine which vaccines in your state can be exempted if proof of immunity is demonstrated. Private medical laboratories can take blood (a titer test) and analyze it to measure the level of antibodies, for example, to measles or pertussis that are present in the blood. If the antibody level is high enough, according to accepted standards, you have obtained proof of immunity and may be able to use this for an exemption to vaccination. Also see …. The attitudes described seem to imply that it is OK to be a beautiful (or sexy) woman if you do not express an opinion on anything. People promoting this attitude should look at themselves and ask why they feel this way.

All truth goes through three stages. First it is ridiculed. Second it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as self evident. Anyone who speaks openly about vaccination doubts is a brave soul. We should always question health advice and research everything. Aren't we as individuals ultimately responsible for our health? We certainly pay the price.

Jenny M along with Suzanne Sommers are both very beautiful and well educated women in our society which are afraid to speak and share the truth as much of us are starting to realize ,which big biz and government fear and they contiue to pump millions of dollars into the "Keep the Sheep in line movement" Thank You Barbara for partenering up with Dr Mercolas website and god bless you and your staff

I commend Jenny McCarthy for speaking out about the truth about vaccines. In 1998 three of my kids received Hepatitis vaccines from Dr. Susi David in Williamstown, N.J. Immediately after the first shot in the series, the three became immediately ill; very ill. I called the doctor, and told her i did not want them to have anymore shots because of it. She said it's NOT the vaccine. She bullied me, saying I must bring them in for the rest of the shots because it was MANDATORY! Unfortunately, I listened to the doctor. I did not know that I could fight for my rights and I doubted my concerns as a mother. I thought doctors were meant to heal people. Not make them sicker! Although my older son was able to push through the illness, i received a call from a teacher he had at the time, telling me she was very concerned about him and he was not himself. But he was able to push through it anyway. He is thriving and okay. My two daughters were not as fortunate. My one daughter immediately became Autistic with a gastrointestinal vomitting illness and eventually had a seizure. She became borderline mentally retarded. She missed so much school that we eventually had to have home tutors for her. The other daughter began having periodic black outs, vomiting, and seizures. Now she exhibits Autism too. Her cognitive decline came on more slowly. One of her recent neurological tests stated that her illness is similar to Giullian-Barre syndrome. That is a classic symptom of a vaccine injury. I refused to let my younger son have the shots when it came his turn a few years later in 2002. He already had seizures (which were most likely from his previous shots as I had learned through research), and i did not want him to get sicker. The doctor gave me a very hard time when i tried to get an exemption for him. So I left her office with all of my kids' medical records and never went back. Her nurse called me a few days later saying that she regretted that we left, and that she knew what the cause of my kids' bad reaction to the vaccines was from. She told me that the vaccines had Thimerasol in them, which was mercury! I was extremely confused. I began doing a lot of research. I found out that I was not alone. Thousands of people were seeing their children become ill and decline after vaccines. The school nurse then gave me a hard time about not letting my younger son get vaccinated. They threatened to expel my son if I did not make him have the shots. I learned about religious exemption from the Mayor's office, so that is what we did. After hard work, and being bullied, we finally got religious exemption. Today our life is not what I had ever expected. Although my kids are adults now, their disabilities require as much or more time and effort than as if they were children. We are financially strapped. Regular doctors still deny the dangerous effects of vaccines, and the special DAN (Defeat Autism Now) doctors who fully understand the effects of the damage that they cause, unfortunately are not covered by insurance. Their treatments really work, but we cannot afford the treatments that they need to be able to function better and be healthier. We cannot afford our life! This should never have happened. Unfortunately, it is still happening everyday. Our world is creating a future of autistic adults by our own stupidity. And it does not stop there. New research shows that Alzheimers is now being linked to vaccines. Please do something now to put an end to this. People are bombarded from every corner with pro vaccine messages. They do not know of the dangers and they do not know that they have a choice in the matter. Bullying is not a good thing. Yet the vaccine corporations are getting away with it everyday. Please keep on speaking out Jenny!

I am a retired High school teacher.. and have been working as a Doula, childbirth educator and health coach for pregnant women for 10 yrs. Under a grant the Birth center was given I am a peer counselor... purpose to increase positive outcomes for mother and child from a birth center. A panel from the federal monies for this grant came to evaluate ME and how my outreach efforts were doing. The panel received one negative input from a group of 18... and that's what this panel honed in on.. that I am teaching them to not take vaccines.. My whole premise is Informed Consent.. that requires in addition to their knowledge about the mandates of vaccines that the clients know they have options and I give them NVIC, Dr. Mercola, and other credible sources such as Dr. Wakefield, Dr. Blaylock a renown neuro-surgeon Dr Tenpenny..and more to research about vaccines so that they can truly make an informed decision..I was accused of helping them to fill out the vaccine exemption form for Texas.. Their argument against me is that my sources are not evidence-based... which is not true. The report was made from CMS given to the Grantee American Association of Birth Centers which discussed this in a teleconference with the mid-wife (owner) and me... I am not to provide any information on vaccines and the possible risks they present. mainly because my information is not evidenced based. and that my source for information should only come from CDC... How can I fight this.. how can I break the chain of their medical model dictatorship... Now I am tainted all the way up to the Federal Government CMS Center for Medicare & Medicaid services.. I am sick about how the American association of birth centers was so ready to attack me... yes I suppose they got worried about their ability to get grants in the future.. but they themselves have been lobbying for the government to acknowledge opening the right for women go to Birth Centers and not be harassed by mainstream medicine OB/gyn's.

I think we are at least as different as the opinions we have. One of the beautiful thing about living in the country we are right now is the freedom of speech and I think every time someone will take a stand there are going to be others that will have an opinion that is different. The bottom line has to be that we have to educate ourselves more and more and understand that we are very different and we can only do our best, especially when it comes to our health since it is very seldom that one thing will have the same effects on everybody.
